I’m Zannie Pugliese, a licensed massage therapist, massage instructor, hospice registered nurse, death doula, Trauma Touch Therapist, and Kundalini yoga instructor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I work at the intersection of bodywork, nervous system care, and end-of-life support, offering hands-on, trauma-informed, and spiritually grounded healing. I’m trained in lymphatic drainage, Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, prenatal massage, and hospice massage, and I bring these modalities together in an intuitive, responsive way that honors each person’s unique body and story.
Alongside my private mobile massage practice, I work as a hospice RN and death doula, supporting individuals and families through illness, dying, and grief with presence, honesty, and tenderness. I also teach massage and Trauma Touch Therapy and travel to resorts and retreat centers throughout Colorado, New Mexico, and California to offer sessions, workshops, and retreat-based healing.
I’m a Kundalini yoga instructor and have facilitated dozens of workshops, trainings, and retreats focused on embodiment, trauma healing, spiritual connection, and self-inquiry. Whether through touch, breath, movement, or conversation, my work is about helping people come home to themselves.
All of this lives under Soma Nomada, my mobile and land-rooted healing practice devoted to integrative, earth-honoring, and relationship-centered care.
